My ambition is to inspire people to look beyond their known reality, and use my privilege to support others, so they can advance their lives.

I'm Carey Singer, a design strategist with a focus on enabling people to do their best work. I see the big picture, understand the details and connect them, so we can get more out of our work and our lives.
My values are:
Antifragile – we can gain stronger from risk and uncertainty
We are a product of our environment - the people and the place matter
It's a puzzle - the system we live and work in can be built in a way that compounds value, we just need to understand the pieces
For me, design is intention, but actioned.
